Our Speakers

Faith Taylor is the Global Citizenship and Sustainability Officer at Kyndryl, the world's largest IT infrastructure company. Operating in over 60 countries, Kyndryl has 80,000 employees with over $16B in revenue and serves thousands of customers. When Kyndryl spun off from IBM in 2021, Faith rapidly built a programme in the first 18 months, working in partnership with the company's global teams, CEO, executive leadership and Board of Directors to ensure that purpose was built into every aspect of the new company's foundation. That work covered environmental targets and reporting, social impact and corporate governance, as well as the development of services that help Kyndryl's own customers manage the sustainability of their IT estates. She is a frequent speaker and contributor on how large technology organisations translate commitments into operating models, and has been recognised repeatedly for her leadership in the field.
