Christian Déséglise is Group Head of Sustainable Infrastructure and Innovation at HSBC. Previously, he held various positions within HSBC, including Global Head of Central Banks and Global Head of Emerging Markets at HSBC Global Asset Management. He is also on the Board of HSBC in Egypt. Mr. Déséglise is a member of the One Planet Lab, a high level advisory group set up by President Macron to address challenges related to climate change. In this capacity, he is co-leading the FAST-Infra initiative aimed at mobilizing private capital for the financing of sustainable infrastructure in the developing world. Christian is also the co-chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Sustainable Investments and the Co-Chair of the Sustainable Infrastructure working group of the Sustainable Markets Initiative. He is also a member of the Climate Council of the New Economic Forum.
